PC Link Computers and their fishy business practices.

First of all they did false advertising by advertising things as in stock and available from supplier at an stupid cheap price. So i took a chance. I mean worst case scenario is i can loose my money which wasn't too much but, after about two weeks, i got a mail that said there was a mistake from the supplier side and that they advertised the item wrong on PC Link’s web site. Now please help me, i might be wrong on this part, but i have never heard of suppliers putting adds on the company’s who they supply’s web pages to advertise to the world. Normally a company will do their own add placing on their own web pages, and mostly for security reasons as well. Then after sending mails and not getting an answer i decided to phone them. Got cut off twice so i asked them to phone me back rather. That never happened. So eventually i decide to call them one morning nice and early and managed to get through and i spoke to a guy called Jarrad. He promised to refund me the full amount. That never happened either. After complaining a bit, they paid out part off the amount but left out the shipping charges. Its been yet another week again, and still no payment. So yes, this is my ****py experience so far with PC “****” Computers and trust me, people that tricks other out of their hard earned cash, or have some fishy business practices will not last long. They always get what they deserve in the end. Word of mouth is either a very good or a very BAD thing. I DJ’ed for 21 years before retiring successfully and never advertised once in my career. It was all just word of mouth and giving people what they expected and paid for and going the extra mile.
