On Jan 12,2021 PC Link computers acknowledged receipt of payment for my order to the value of R1298.00 and R250.00 shipping fees iro 95% Pure Pocket Sized Oxygen Supplement, Portable Canister of Clean Oxygen, Increases Endurance, Recovery, Mental Acuity and Performance (5 Liter Canisters, 4 Pack, Multipack) × 1 I followed up on Feb 23,2021 after not receiving any further feedback on my order. On Feb 25, 2021 someone came back to me indicating that they can not get stock and would refund me and that the refund would take 14 days. After 3 months I am getting the run around and am still waiting for the refund that should have been in my account on Mar 11,2021

Background: On Mar 19, 2021 I followed up on the refund. A new person came back and indicated that they will investigate and revert back to me. I followed up on Apr 3, 2021 and received a response on Apr 7, 2021 that they follow up and revert back to me. I followed up on Jun 5, and received a response on Jun 9 ,2021 that they are still awaiting feedback from the accounts department. I am still waiting for the refund today (Jun 21, 2021)
