PC Link Computers a no no

I have ordered a product (Mini Dollhouse) from them on 10 September 2019 and paid for it on the same day. On the order it said that we need to wait 10-20 working days for delivery. Today is the 22 October 2019 and no delivery yet. PC Link Computers cannot give me a tracking number nor can they tell me when it will be delivered. I have on numerous occasions tried to get hold of them and only received an e-mail from them once threatened to report them for *****. They do not communicate or let you know if a parcel is delayed or anything else|! I have requested my money back, but got no response at all! If you try and phone them you get answer from an automatic machine that says that you are 11 or 12 in the row. After waiting for 30 minutes and getting to my turn to speak to the agent, I am then cut off and the automatic then says you need to go to their website! To this dayI am still waiting for a delivery date/refund!
