Please can you refund me. Order no: I did not use any derogatory language but only tried to explain the situation. I do not want to name and shame. I only need my money back to buy my husband his birthday present which was ordered in May 2021. The phone lines is not working and I have tried numerous times to email them and only get a generic response back. How do I try to get a refund.
