PC Link Computers

my son bought a 1TB harddrive from them on the 24th June. when he installed it he discovered it was faulty. he contacted Pc Link who arranged for pickup which was done on the 29th of June ( they confirmed the same hard drive was in stock). No replacement has ever been sent. we have tried to contact them numerous times but their phones are switched off . additionally we have emailed them several times and have either been ignored or recieved a generic response with vague assurances that its been worked on.
