PC Link Computers

Order a part from them. Website clearly states part number. Order arrives and it is v2 of the part however my motherboard does not support v2 only v1 as the pin location differs and thus will not fit the motherboard. I had to send 3 mails to support before I even got an answer then got an answer to send a mail to a ***. I then did and got an answer from *** stating that it is the correct part as ordered. Even sending 2 weblinks with the different parts and explaining the difference between the two they went silent. Not a peep out of them. No refund forthcoming or correct part either.
