Pc Link Computers

I’ve ordered a tablet from Pc link computers on the 27 October 2020 , it stated it will take 10 days to arrive , it’s now the 08 of December 2020 and I still haven’t received anything from them , I have tried to call but there is no phone , I have emailed them countless time with no feedback from them

Can I go to consumer law for this ?

I will never in my life or anybody I know but from them again
