I waited forever for my products (I know Covid plays a big role) but the support was terrible. Its always the same reply. 'Kindly note that your stock is yet to arrive at my office...'. I received this email twice, I then received a "Kindly note that the stock is bwing processed and we will notify you ince it has been dispatched." After a few follow up emails from me i once again received a 'Kindly note that your stock is yet to arrive at my office...'. How can stock be proccesed on week and then to be delivered at their offices the next? Eventually I asked for a refund and was told it would take 10-14 days, which was fine, but here we are 3 and a half weeks later... I followed up on this by asking for a POP on the refund and received the following email 'Kindly note that the stock is currently being processed and will be dispatched this week" ???
