PC link Computer taking too long to return my refund.

I bought a printer from PC link Computers. despite the online add saying it will be delivered within three days it was not. After two weeks I queried and they told me it was lost at the warehouse. I asked them to do a refund instead and they told me Paygate will take 7-14 days to process a refund. to day no refund and Paygate is telling me they are just a payment gateway they do not do refund on behalf of they customers. PC link computer is telling me to wait for Paygate refund still. PC link computer phone number refers me to a email and the email is not answered.
