Pc Link Computer: Poor customer service

I bought a laptop from Pc Link Computers [Order #86059]. When the computer was delivered, I realized that Pc Link delivered the wrong unit I alerted the company about the mistake and they explained that the unit I ordered for was out of stock and they decided to offer me a model that is an upgrade to the model I ordered. However, when I tried to use the machine, I discovered that its performance was poor and I requested for a refund. Pc Link Computer collected the unit on the 11th of December and till date have dragged its feet to give me a refund.
