Pc Link Computer failing to deliver

In September 2021, I made an online purchase on Pc Link Computers. The purchase was Canon 045 toners and 054 toners all colours and black, 8 toners in all. I choose to pickup from their Midrand branch. On pickup, I discovered that 2 toners have already been dispatched for delivery. I then requested to leave the 045 black toner and pick it up later because we were not sure if it was already delivered, avoiding duplicated order. On arrival to my place i verified that the 045 black toner wasn't delivered and i let the official know. I'm based in Eastern Cape and only randomly come to gauteng. So on return to gauteng i found out that the midrand branch is closed, I alerted the officials, and the promised to delivery it to my address which i provided. Till to date, the item hasn't been delivered. I have lost trust on Pc link computer. Because i have provided the address twice on email whenever i reminded them about the canon 045 black toner not yet delivered.
