Absolutely atrocious service and puppets answering e-mails that have no clue what they are doing, Ordered 4 10TB Seagate Iron Wolf Nas drives from them and got all four two years ago, unfortunately one of the drives began failing after some time. Being a Seagate drive with lifetime warranty I asked PCLink to arrange a replacement drive under warranty which they did but took awhile. They leave you without any follow ups and after sending queries via e-mail at least once a week I got a replacement drive out of the blue delivered via courier, no word from PClink that the replacement drive was even in SA, nothing at all. Then as it turned out the replacement drive proved to be faulty as well ans I had to send it back to PCLInk yet again in September 2020, Now after 70+ emails having to request follow ups yet again I have gotten extremely annoyed and have sent strongly worded mails to Jaco and there is absolutely no response from these people at all now. Pathetic that they are still allowed to operate in this country, They all belong behind bars. I am tired of their pathetic excuses every time they make the effort to reply to my inquiries. DO NOT BUY FROM THAT COMPANY YOU WILL ONLY HAVE MAJOR REGRETS.
