PC LINK CLEARLY APPEARS TO BE A ****

The service at this company is non-existent!! I ordered an item for over R2000 on the understanding that delivery would take placebetween 10 and 25 working days. I followed up after a few weeks and was told the item had not yet arrived. I waited the full 25 working days and then tried to get some communication going with them. They hide behind their email as the published telephone number doesnt work. I have requested a refund which has been ignored and the only one response I have had says they would follow up and get back to me, they just forgot to mention which year that will be! It seems that I will have no option but to go the legal route to recover my money! Wish I had read the revues on here before purchasing from them!
