PC Link after sales service

Hi, I bought an HP active pen from PC Link Computers online. It was said to be compatible with my computer but when I discovered it was not, I tried to return it...unused. However, PC Link does not return my emails, nor do they have an active telephone line. No one is available to assist. I am most disappointed in the service and caution people about their after sales service. My experience has been a most negative one.
