PC Link - A real company? or a ****?

I wish there was a ZERO stars for PC Link. I am so disappointed in PC Link. I have sent several emails, as this is the only way to communicate with these people. One in 10 emails are actually answered, but with ******* responses. One said they had delivered my goods to Port Elizabeth, while I am in Somerset West. They sent me the delivery document, and it was not my order number, the goods were different as well as the account holder. I have also noticed that PC Link does not seem to care about HelloPeter reviews either. As they seems not to respond to complaints. Is this really how South Africans should be treating each other? PC Link computers, please get your act together and delivery on your promises. I ordered my goods in June, I was promised a 3 to 4 day delivery period..... it has been 2 months. Is PC Link a real company?
