PC Link

I purchased some items from PC Link on the 3rd of January 2022 for the amount of R2100 including shipping. The website did notify me that the store would only confirm orders on the 10th of January 2022 once staff returned to work in the New Year.

I must say that I received adequate correspondence from PC Link regarding my order and even when I followed up by phone, my promised returned phone calls were honoured by Dustin and Bernard in the Kyalami branch. Dustin did inform me that the NVME SSD I purchased was out of stock and back order stock would arrive on the 15th of February 2022. 1 day after stock arrived, my goods were dispatched and tracking provided accordingly. My courier arrived with Fast couriers on the 17th of February around 15h30.

I did feel at times that communication could have been better from PC Link via mail as I got the feeling that my e-mails were being ignored and started to read comments about PC link and their poor service delivery on Hello Peter, thus I have also posted a review like wise. I do feel the grief of those customers who have not received their goods and refunds. I do hope that the issues get settled accordingly.

However from my end, PC Link provided my goods and I would like to extend my gratitude to Dustin and Bernard from the Kyalami store.
