Pc Link 4 Star

Guys Pc Link is Not so bad as the other reviews are making them out to be. I ordered my goods and it came like in 3 days time

You guys need to understand that they are a online store not all goods are kept on hand. They get it from suppliers so its got to come from suppliers first where ever they may be, which can take a day or 2 ect. Then they have to courier it to you which is over economy services so please give them a chance (maybe offer a over nigh courier option apon checking out goods )

They would of received a 5 star from me if the could sort out the following, which they could up there services

1) Is getting a phone for the business, as not been able to have immediate contact is very annoying.

2) Maybe getting a status notification system going example once paid email comes through with paid invoice then another email stating leaving suppliers .then final email with delivery tracking number a system like that could ease customers, but other than that I was happy with there service and will use them again.
