Payment made no response after 3 days

I placed an order on 21 February 2022. Paid the money immediatly thereafter. 3 days later the order still shows "not paid". After numerous emails, all with the same reply "Your request (125324) has been received." I have resorted to threatening this company with taking this to the ombudsman. Still no reply.
