Pathetic to zero customer service

Worst customer service experience ever, ordered items on the 17 December 2020, was told 20 working days delivery time; still waiting till this day. The worst part of it is that they are not available on the telephone and they do not update you on the status of your order. You can only go through to them via email and they take 7 days to respond to your email. Worst customer service with people behind emails who do not care about delays and the impact that has on one’s business. Never ordering anything else from the again!
