Pathetic service

Placed an order in January and only received a part of it after being told the supplier would supply the rest of the order the following week. It's been three months going four months now and I still haven't received the rest of my order. To add insult to injury, I have sent countless emails following up and they have all been ignored. Pathetic service to say the least.
