Pathetic service and lack of response to any communication

This was the most painful experience I’ve had ordering anything online to date. Not to mention the pathetic service and lack of response to any communication! I order a couple of items, one being a hearing aid. Firstly the product that was ordered and the product that were delivered was completely different. There were no communication on the change or even to let me know that it is no longer available. After looking online, I found that the product that they delivered, is HALF the price of the one I ordered. This is truly a horrible experience and I will not recommend them to anyone, EVER! My next step if I do not come right is to lodge a formal complaint with CGSO.
