Pathetic service and communication

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Pathetic service. Twice now I've purchased items shown as "in stock" which turned out to be unavailable. The last one took just under 3 months to arrive. Were it left to the vendor, I'd have received no updates whatsoever during this time. I had to email them 3 separate times, once with the threat of legal action, to actually find out what was happening with my order. I certainly will not be using this store again and recommend others to avoid the trouble too.
