Pathetic service

It is unbelievable that you have so called companies that run their business like this,I ordered cat 6 connectors on the 12th of January and till now my order haven't arrived,I sent them numerous emails asking for my refund and they still have my money, clearly this is unacceptable, I never dealt with unprofessional people like PC link,this is my last
