Pathetic Service

Worse service ever. I placed an order on the 13th January 2022. The site said it will take 20 working days as it's an overseas product. I have emailed them 6 times and all I get is an automated response saying that the product is yet to arrive. I am highly frustrated as it’s been 35 working days and I have not yet received my order yet. Their landline goes to an automated answering machine so there is no one to assist with my complaint. I did get an email from Garth Botha on the 1st of February saying that I should email *** as it is a pclinkshop.com order. which I did. I then got a reply on the 2nd February saying that the stock is yet to arrive and I will get an email once the stock is on the way. I then emailed them on the 15th February for feedback and got the same response. I left it for 2 weeks and followed up again on the 28th February and received the same email. I would never order from them again. I have never had such bad service from an online store before. The fact that they don't even call you or give you proper feedback is pathetic
