Pathetic customer service - PC Link Shop Online Orders (12 days and my order and still not arrived)

I purchased an Office 365 family package 12 days ago and to date my order has not been delivered to me. I have called the numbers online only to hear an answering machine providing an email address which I have emailed without much attention being paid to the situation. I was told that the looting issue caused delays yet the route to get to where I am has not been impacted by looting and I am based in Johannesburg and not Durban. I was only informed once via email, 11 days ago that my order has been dispatched and no feedback provided whatsoever regarding when I can expect deliver. I am still awaiting a response. This is pathetic service. My Order no 168583 so perhaps this forum might facilitate the process in having my order delivered as soon as possible
