Pathetic customer service

I have placed an order with PC Link Computers on the 11th of July after making sure that they have stock as indicated on their website. The promise was that delivery will be within 2 business days within Gauteng. They don't have a working telephone and queries to support have either one line replies or gets totally ignored. There is also no update or tracking numbers on their website. Definitely the worst service that I received from an online shop.
