Pathetic customer after order service

have placed a order with them on the 20th June 2021 order number 166924 after countless emails no feedback was received on the status of the order 11days and countless emails again to want to have the mentioned order canceled and refunded i still don't get response from them, I feel this is pathetic service that they are giving to customers
