Pathetic

Hi I have purchased from pc link computers for the first time this year in January, for order number 17454. I still have not recieved my order and we are now in May. I do not recommend this company. I have asked for a refund and till now I have no response and i have spent a lot of money. I am still waiting to be refunded as I told them if shipment had not arrived I want a full refund as the product was urgent and I had to purchase it now, from somewhere else. Pathetic service.
