Pathethic Poor ************* Service

Good day. Order Nio 177364 Please see above order number. I would like to have feedback as to when the refund will be done as well as when will we receive the balance of our items. To my surprise we have to pay over R400 for delivery and only to find that half of the stuff was delivered.

I am sick and tired of receiving emails stating that the refund was send to the accounts department. That to me is no answer. I want to know when we are getting our refund. This matter will be adressed and I will not leave this hanging. You cannot take money from people as you please and not send them the items which they paid for.

PC link is the most unreliable and ************* business i have come across. Either you supply me with proper details as to what is happening with my order or you will be stuck with me at your offices until this is resolved. This is sickening., pathetic and so unprofessional for your business but that is most likely why you dont take calls.

I am waiting for feedback from you asap.
