Paid for goods over 2 and a half months ago yet still waiting
I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I placed an order with them. I ordered by product for R1138 on the 12th of March. They advertise a max delivery period of 20 days for delivery. Its not over 2 and a half months later and they keep giving me different stories and as little information about my order as possible.
They still continue to advertise the 20 days on their website despite knowing that they cannot deliver the products in those time frames.
I will allow them another 10 days for delivery.

Kindly note that the estimated 15-20 working day is the average time for the import of stock.
The website does show that there are certain items that are considered as dangerous and unacceptable goods.
Unfortunately we do not have any control over the customs clearance process.
Please note that a refund has been issued on this order.
