Paid for goods but didn't receive anything and no response

I ordered a product from their website and an amount of R1240 went off my account via Payfast but their website didn't register this payment and wanted me to " complete my order" which meant I'd have to pay again. I emailed them numerous times with one response saying they wanted the order number and nothing thereafter. When I phoned them there's a recording saying they'll only communicate via email. These are ******** - they've ****** my money. Do not order anything from them.
