Overall a positive [if slightly frustrating] experience

As others have indicated - I think there may be a disjunction between the SA technology store (.co.za) and the international import store (.com).

I ordered a monitor from the SA store. Price was great, service was good. Were some issues on communications, which was a bit frustrating. Got the goods 3 working days later than promised and after having to chase.

Will be happy to order from them again [as long as it is not urgent]. If they could fix their communications and deliver according to specified timelines - would be a 5* experience.
