ordered and paid yet not products delivered

Ordered and paid for HP ink cartridges on 19/02/2021. Paid R2,139.00 for order number #155241 and at the time of writing this complaint have not received my order on 11/03/2021. You cannot phone these people and the response via email just stated that they will get back to me when they find or get the stock I bought. This is really poor service. It seems I may be dealing with con-artists considering their lackluster response and customer service.
