Order still not delivered 4 months later

I placed an order via pc link early Jan 2021, they promised to deliver in 20 days which they didn’t and didn’t notify me of the delay until I emailed to ask where is my order. 4 months later I still don’t have my order and I have asked for a refund . The month is almost over and I still haven’t heard anything from them regarding my refund. I am disgusted by their service and how they lack basic communication.
