Order not delivered - Ombudsman has been contacted

<div>Like many people, I was fooled by the 3rd Party review platform that was boldy placed on their website. I placed an Order on 28/02/22 for a CPU and RAM. Both items listed in stock (and still listed in stock today) According to their Shipping policy, my order was supposed to be delivered in 2 - 4 Working Days. Still waiting... I received a response that there was a delay at the supplier. That would imply that they are falsely claiming to have stock on hand and needed to import the items OR are planning on *****ing my money I have started the formal complaint process with the CSGO and My Ombudsman agent has formally started the investigation (which could take 15 days) I am hoping that pressure from the Consumer Goods &amp; Services Ombudsman will get me a refund so that I can buy my items on ******* instead.</div>
