Order NOT Delivered / NO Communication

I placed an order with them on 11 December 2020 and I received confirmation of order via email straight after. I waited the 20 working days as they suggest on their confirmation email (which is ridiculous, but anyway) and then I emailed them on Day 20 to enquire where my order was.

No reply from them to my enquiry email and they have no number to contact them on.

I will be speaking to my bank and will NOT use them again and will DEFINITELY be warning people to not use them!
