Order never received/ refund never received
I have ordered 2 x Charging ports for my Samsung gear 2 from PC link shop on the 3rd of April 2022 for the amount of R1035.00
I have received an email confirming my order.
After 2 weeks i have contacted support for an update in witch support responded that they will only receive my order in the last week of April 2022 and then only will i know by when i will receive the order.
I have rep**** and asked how can i track my order or the progress of my order with absolutely no response.
I have tried calling, the call go over to a voice mail that state you can only contact support via email.
Ok now i started to think i got ****med! I have mailed support plenty times with absolutely no response!!
I have mailed I have called I have threatened to take legal action I have asked for a refund or my parts i have ordered
Yet again no response from anyone.!!!
I need my money or my parts ASAP!!
Can anyone please assist!???
I see i am not the only one this has happened to!
I think i should open a case with SAP.
