ORDER #9310 - Highly disappointing

When I made a purchase the ETA was 20 days and when I send an email to enquire about my order which was supposed to be delivered latest this Friday 24/07/2020. Someone re**** to me by the name of Dehan saying my order will be delivered in the second week of August. I have a client who is expecting the order this week or they will cancel.
