Order #5068

I cannot get the status of my Order #5068 placed on 22 October (and paid on the same day) let alone an estimated delivery date. I have emailed numerous times requesting the status of the order and I get an automated reply with no information? Communication is seriously lacking with this Company. There should be a Zero Star rating for this one :-( Looks like I need to get my lawyers involved here. DO NOT order from this Company. I see many reviews stating the same thing. I was seriously giving them the benefit of the doubt but I should not have trusted them.
