Am I the only who is experiencing problems with getting a hold of th consultants at this company. Their landlines are always busy, takes 10 - 15 minutes to speak to someone. No one's really cares to give an update about my order. Can someone please give me an update regarding order or they will be expecting me tomorrow at their offices

I am sorry to hear about your experience with us.
I went through our email system and I have not been able to locate any email correspondence from you and while I was investigating this issue, I heard that you got through to a consultant who you spoke with.
We have very high call volumes as we deal with many customers on a daily basis and this is why we encourage our customers to send us an email if they are trying to reach us but cannot wait in the queue.
You're order is an imported item and this has an estimated delivery time of 10-20 working days, however delays do arise and this includes, but is not limited to, USA suppliers delaying orders, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections, Port Health inspections or flight delays.
This information is present in our terms and conditions.
I can however confirm that your order will be arriving with us on Monday and will be dispatched on the same day.
We do our best to assist all of our customers effectively and efficiently, and we take pride in assisting customers with all questions and queries which sometimes causes our consultants to be on the calls longer than they need to be which in turn means longer call times.
This is an unfortunate result of servicing our customers to the best of our abilities.

02 May 2019, 18:53Yes, thank you for your revert but I'm still annoyed at the fact no one has ever tried to contact me to explain the process and the delay should there be any. I can't even track my order on your website for that matter and it makes me frustrated that I have to call you everytime to find out about my order. To be honest, you have made the experience so unpleasant and eerie. I have purchased an item from you and I do expect an update from you every now and then.
The least you could do, is to give me a call tomorrow pertaining to my order.
Lastly, since my order is delayed and I will be away from home, please change the shipping address to 364 J.Tloti crescent, Spruitview, 1431 if possible.
