Order 25474

I placed an order (order number: 25474) on the 29th of September. I have emailed *** a number of times to enquire about the status of my order, only to get an automated response saying my email has been received. I then email their *** email address only to receive an email from Garth Botha, which also seems automated stating that I should email their enquiry email. I tried to call them, only to find out you get an automated voice message telling you they are only reachable via email. This is pathetic.
