If I could I would give Zero star rating. Ordered a product on 08 March 2021. Original delivery estimate was 20 working days. After 25 working days I enquired about delivery. I was told it will be delivered the 3rd week of July 2021. I do understand that with Global pandemic things can take a little longer, so that is not the problem.

When I got the Product the 3rd week of July it was severely damaged. It looks as if it wasn't properly packaged to begin with, and the seems to have been thrown in a tumble dryer for a week. Everything is either scratched or damaged to the extent that repairs would be nearly impossible.

I e-mailed them, seeing as that is the only way to contact them, but they simply do not reply.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with any online transaction I have ever had.
