Order 13825 - 2 months overdue

In November of 2020 I placed an order with them for a night splint for the treating of an ankle injury. Searched the internet and they advertised he item that I wanted.

Placed the order - Order 13825 - Delivery would be 20 working days.

I have been following up weekly after the 20 days lapsed to no avail. Tried calling the number *** and it refers to an email address that seams not to be manned.

Please assist in getting a refund or item delivered
