First time ordering from them, they do take a bit long to respond to emails, confirmation on payment and order received took a bit long, but i believe it is because they are just so busy, they did have a issue with there system which said my order was cancelled, but the next morning they emailed to apologise and also let me know my order was ready.

Overall not a bad experience shopping with them.
