Online purchases - payment made - no delivery

Supplier: PC Link Shop / PC Link Computers Product: Acer Universal USB 3.0 Dock Value: R 4 580.00 VAT and shipping included Purchases and Paid Fore on: 19th August 2021

On the 19th of August 2021 I purchases the above-mentioned product from PC Link Computers via their online shop. On the 3rd of September 2021 I contact them via e-mail requesting an update on when delivery will be done and to provide me with a waybill. No reply come from them. I tried to contact them via their landline but without any success. All I got was an answering machine indicating that they don’t take any phone calls and they only communicating via e-mail. On the 7th of September 2021 I again contact them with regards to my order for an update on delivery. At these stage two queries were log – reference no. 89881 & 90551. On the 7th of September 2021 I received an e-mail from Garth Botha indicating he will follow up and revert to me. He did phone indicating that the container of goods they ordered was at customs for inspection and that I would have the product by latest 22nd of September 2021. On the 9th of September 2021 I received an e-mail from Maurice indicating that they are cleaning up their ticket system and are closing my 2 tickets. I e-mailed him indicating that these tickets are still not resolved and can’t be closed. On the 30th of September 2021 I again sent them an e-mail requesting and update on if the goods were cleared from customs and when delivery will be done. Still no response from them nor answering of the telephone. These requesting answers and eventually a refund of my payment went on for the 6th of October; 8th of October and 10th of October 2021. Not once did I get a reply from them. I will never ever do business again with this company – they over promise and under deliver; they don’t answer their phones nor their e-mails and they just taking your money without delivery the goods you bought.
