Online PCLinkShop - Don't bother

I placed an order for a supplement on 30 May. To date, I have not even received a tracking number. I was advised the order was expected to arrive by the 2nd week of July. I emailed the inquiry department and received a response stock is arriving very slowly. There was no initiative made by PC Link Computers to contact the customer when the delivery date was not met.

The last communication I received from them was on 21 July stating my order is with the Courier and the Courier cannot provide a confirmed delivery date.

So am I supposed to wait for the next 6 months or 2 years to receive my order??? I also communicated to them on 2 occasions that the order is an urgent medicinal requirement . This is my first and last purchase with online PC Link Shop.
