Online company not delivering
I have purchased form PC Link before and had a terrible experience. I thought I'd buy form them again as I need some Arduino parts. The purchase was done...but since then I have been struggling more than a month for them to deliver an online purchase that promises 3 - 5 working days for delivery, My project has been on hold because of this. Every time I ask for an update, Jarryd from their inquiry department just emails me back with "Your package has been received and will be couriered late today or early tomorrow and will take 3 - 5 working days. I ask a week later and i get the same message from him again.

We feel that there is a bit of confusion here.
Firstly please be aware that you ordered an import item which it stipulates has an ETA of between 10-20 working days.
This is just an estimation and can be longer or shorter.
We have reviewed the emails between yourself and Jarryd and we can confirm the he gave you an estimation on a delivery date to our offices for the following week. Unfortunately delays can occur and we sincerely apologize for this, however we do our best to avoid them.
You emailed this afternoon at 14:27 regarding this order and you were given an update at 14:30 stating that the order was currently with the courier service along with tracking details in order for you to see that the order is on its way to you.
If you need any further assistance, then please do not hesitate to contact our sales team.
