Not so merry XMas thanks to Pc Link Computers Poor Service Delivery

I ordered a iTatek talking watch for my blind sister for her birthday last year in October, they said it would arrive within 21 days so I thought it would be right in time for Xmas. The 21 days past and I started emailing and phoning and got no response. I finally got a response this year in January that it would arrive by the first week of Feb, long story short - the watch only arrived on the 12 Feb. No one even bothered to follow up or apologize for this inconvenience. I am shook! Never again!
