Not passing credits on wrong items supp**** by them!!! Not sorting out goods that have a warranty!!!

Bad Service!!! Not passing credits on returned goods!!!

Since Feb I have been waiting for a credit to be pass for more than R5000 because they supp**** me the incorrect Laptop, that was delivered to my Client in Cape Town, I had to ship it back and to ship it to PC link on my Expense, and still they didn't pass the credit or payed my money bac****

I bought display poles from them as well, one of the units is Faulty, They send me the details of their supplier, telling me I must sort it out, I was invoiced by them... They must sort it out!!!

Bad customer service!!! Not answering phone calls!!! Not replying on emails!!! Not passing credits!!! Not sorting out goods that have a warranty!!!
