Not delivered on time, incomplete order, no feedback.

I had a very bad experience using Pc Link Computers

Placed my order on 2021-05-24 08:46:59

No feedback was provided for 3 weeks and I followed up. I then received an email stating Pc Link Computers have 45 days to deliver their order.

No feedback was provided since then.

After 60days, after no feedback, I followed up again. I received an email stating that the order is stuck at customs and that the items was split.

I then received an email stating my order was delivered at Pc Link Computers office and that it well be send ASAP.

I then received package but it only contained 1 of the 3 items I ordered.

I then requested a refund on the outstanding items on 16 July 2021. No feedback on this request was provided.

Today, 3 August, I requested to be refunded again and finally received a reply. Pc Link has apparently issued a refund via Payfast. It takes a day or two to show. I will comment on this post as soon as it shows.

Products ordered was for my own business. Each of these items was for a client. I've lost 2 clients because of PC Link computers unable to provide me with regular updates on the order.

It does not make financial sense to only order one product at PC link Computers as the delivery fee is high. Splitting the fee between customers makes it more affordable. I made a loss because my full order was not delivered.

Doing business with Pc Link Computer is frustrating and tiresome and came at a loss to me.

They do not have a working telephone. The chat option on the website does not work. Feedback is extremely limited and slow.

I will never use Pc Link Computers ever again.
